1. Return and Exchange Period
Regular no-reason return and exchange: Applications can be made within 7-14 days from the date the user signs for the goods.
After 14 days, only after-sales service for product quality issues and transportation damage will be accepted, and valid proof is required.
2. Conditions for No-Reason Return and Exchange
No-reason return and exchange can be processed if the following conditions are met:
(1) The product is brand new and unused, without scratches, stains, wear, deformation, or odor.
(2) The original tags, dust bags, packaging boxes, accessories, and instructions are complete and intact, without any man-made damage.
(3) Not clearance items, Final Sale special offer items, customized engraved items, or personal items.
3. Scope of Free After-Sales Service (Merchant bears round-trip shipping costs)
Free return/exchange/replacement/full refund will be provided if the following conditions are met:
(1) Product quality issues: glue separation, broken threads, hardware detachment, leather cracking, or workmanship defects.
(2) Transportation damage: Deformation, damage, or scratches are found when the package is signed for (complete unpacking photos are required). (Video)
(3). Wrong item sent by the merchant: style, color, size does not match the order
4. Scope of non-after-sales service
(1). Normal wear and tear, natural leather texture color difference, minor scratches caused by normal use
(2). Human-caused damage: bumps, liquid immersion, high temperature exposure, damage caused by self-modification/cleaning/repair
(3). Used, tags removed, missing accessories, goods that affect resale
(4). Clearance sale, final sale, customized goods (non-quality issues)
(5). Non-quality issues such as wrong size selection, dislike of style, subjective color difference perception
5. Return and exchange process
(1). Contact online customer service, provide order number, problem description, and photos/videos of the product problem
(2). Customer service will review within 12-24 hours, and send the official return address after approval
(3). The user sends back the goods, keeps the logistics tracking number, and must use trackable logistics
(4). After the warehouse signs for receipt 3 Quality inspection will be completed within one working day.
(5) After the quality inspection is qualified, the refund/exchange/reissue will be processed via the original payment method. The refund will arrive via the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
6. Shipping cost rules. Quality problems, wrong goods, and transportation damage: The merchant will bear the round-trip shipping costs. No-reason return for personal reasons: The user will bear the round-trip international shipping costs and related customs duties. The original shipping cost of the order will not be refunded. If the user refuses to accept the package without reason, the user will bear the return shipping costs, taxes, and related losses.
7. Order cancellation rules.
Orders that are not packed or shipped: can be cancelled for free and a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Orders that have been packed and shipped: cannot be cancelled. If a return is required, it will be handled according to the no-reason return process.
8. Handling of lost or damaged items.
If the package logistics shows that the item is lost: after verification, a free reissue or a full refund will be issued.
If the item is slightly damaged and does not affect its use: partial compensation can be negotiated, and the item does not need to be returned.
